PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm the detection results of a measurement region without load on a user in displaying a radiation image used for measuring a bone salt quantity.SOLUTION: A region extract part 22 detects a feature point for specifying a measurement region of a bone salt quantity from a radiation image G0, and specifies the measurement region. A condition setting part 27 sets an image processing condition for enhancing the visibility more than the other regions concerning a partial image of the radiation image G0 including the measurement region. An image processing part 28 conducts image processing for at least the partial image on the basis of the image processing condition.
