PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a babywipe sheet for bottom which includes an extremely less amount of a sterilization antiseptic agent, and which can be preferably used for babywipe.SOLUTION: A production method of a babywipe sheet for bottom comprises the steps of: subjecting a nonwoven fabric sheet to sterilization treatment shredding the nonwoven fabric sheet and subjecting the nonwoven fabric sheet to sterilization treatment for impregnating a cleaning agent which is mainly formed of pure water in which conductivity is equal to or less than 1 μS/cm to the nonwoven fabric sheet. The cleaning agent includes the pure water by 99.80 wt.% or more and 99.90 wt.% or less, when a ratio of whole cleaning agent is 100 wt.%, and includes the sterilization antiseptic agent by greater than 0.05 wt.%, and equal to or less than 0.20 wt.%.
