PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fabric planter with excellent drainage function and plant growth acceleration function efficiently.SOLUTION: Right and left side edge portions of a right and left line-symmetrical fabric are stacked into a cylindrical body 10. Cut grooves 15 are formed to branch a lower edge part of the cylindrical body into a plurality of strips of tongue pieces 16, the plurality of strips of tongue pieces are bent inside the cylindrical body to stack them, a heating rod is applied to the stacked area to provide a through-hole and the plurality of strips of tongue piece are simultaneously bonded by generated thermally fused material to form a pot bottom. The pot bottom is constituted of the stacked plurality of strips of tongue pieces, and long gaps extending from a peripheral edge of the pot bottom to the through-hole are radially generated between the stacked tongue pieces, so that a fabric planter having excellent moisture permeation function and plant growth acceleration function is obtained. A manufacturing process of the planter has only three processes of: a preparation process of punching out a cloth piece a side edge bonding process of stacking right and left side edge portions and a pot bottom forming process of forming a pot bottom by stacking tip ends 20 of tongue pieces, so that the fabric planter can be efficiently obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】排水機能と植物成長促進機能に優れた布製プランターを効率的に得る。【解決手段】左右線対称形の布帛の左右の側縁部を重ね合わせて筒体10とする。切込溝15を入れて筒体の下縁部を複数条の舌片16に分岐させ、その複数条の舌片を筒体の内側に折り曲げて重ね合わせ、その重なり合う箇所に加熱棒を当てて貫通孔を穿設すると同時に発生する熱溶融物で複数条の舌片を融着して鉢底を形成する。鉢底が重なり合う複数条の舌片で構成され、その重なり合う舌片間に鉢底の周縁から貫通孔に到る長い隙間が放射状に発生するので、水分透過機能と植物成長促進機能に優れた布製プランターが得られる。その生産工程は、布片を打ち抜く準備工程と、左右の側縁部を重ね合わせる側縁接合工程と、舌片の先端20を重ね合わせて鉢底を形成する鉢底形成工程との三工程だけなので、効率的に布製プランターが得られる。【選択図】図4
