PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corpuscular ray irradiation system and an operation method therefor, providing multistage emission control operation which controls a change in emission beam energy of a synchrotron in a short time, in which an operation cycle is updated in a short time when irradiation of an ion beam is interrupted, in order to improve the dose rate.SOLUTION: Control data for a device constituting a synchrotron 13 includes: initial acceleration control data a plurality of pieces of emission control data a plurality of pieces of energy change control data connecting between the plurality of pieces of emission control data and a plurality of pieces of deceleration data corresponding to the plurality of pieces of emission control data. The emission of beams with the plurality of energies is controlled by combining these control data, and also the deceleration control data corresponding to the plurality of energies enables a smooth transition to the deceleration control from any energy.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】シンクロトロンの出射ビームエネルギーの変更制御を短時間で実現する多段出射制御運転において、イオンビームの照射を中断した場合に運転周期の更新を短時間で実現し、線量率を向上する粒子線照射システムおよびその運転方法を提供する。【解決手段】シンクロトロン13を構成する機器の制御データを、初期加速制御データと、複数の出射制御データと、複数の出射制御データ間を接続する複数のエネルギー変更制御データおよび、複数の出射制御データに対応した複数の減速データで構成し、これらの制御データを組み合わせることで複数のエネルギーのビームの出射制御を行いかつ、複数のエネルギーに対応した減速制御データを有することで、どのエネルギーからも速やかに減速制御へ遷移可能とする。【選択図】図1
