The present invention relates to production of a drug which is specific for SH- SY5Y neuroblastoma cancer by loading CAPE to microvesicles that the specialized skin cell leaves into the nutrient solution. The objective of the present invention is to provide a cell-specific targeted vesicle development by loading CAPE to the microvesicles obtained as a result of the culturing and subsequent specialization (differentiation) of the tissue cells； and to use CAPE at lower concentrations compared to the state of the art applications to minimize its toxicity to both the cells other than the targeted cells and the body.La présente invention concerne la production d'un médicament qui est spécifique au cancer du neuroblastome SH-SY5Y par chargement de CAPE dans des microvésicules que la cellule cutanée spécialisée laisse dans la solution nutritive. L'objectif de la présente invention est de fournir un développement de vésicule ciblée spécifique à la cellule par chargement de CAPE dans les microvésicules obtenues suite à la culture et à la spécialisation ultérieure (différenciation) des cellules de tissu； et pour utiliser le CAPE à des concentrations inférieures par rapport à l'état des applications de la technique pour minimiser sa toxicité vis-à-vis des deux cellules autres que les cellules ciblées et le corps.
