The present invention relates to a composite fermentation extract of natural plants having whitening effects and, more specifically, to a whitening cosmetic composition containing a composite fermentation extract of Sanguisorba officinalis and Piper longum Linn. using lactobacillus. The composite fermentation extract of the present invention shows a tyrosinase activation inhibitory effect associated with skin whitening, a DOPA oxidation activity inhibitory effect and an excellent whitening effect in tyrosinase activation inhibitory effect and melanin formation inhibitory effect evaluations using B16F1 melanocyte. Accordingly, the composite fermentation extract of the present invention can be usefully used as a whitening cosmetic composition.본 발명은 미백 효과를 지닌 천연식물의 복합 발효추출물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로 유산균을 이용한 지유 및 필발 복합 발효추출물을 함유하는 미백화장료 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 복합 발효 추출물은 피부미백과 관련된 타이로시나제 활성저해효과, DOPA 산화활성저해효과 및 B16F1 멜라노싸이트를 이용한 타이로시나제 활성저해효과와 멜라닌 생성 저해 효과 평가에서 우수한 미백 효과를 나타내었다. 따라서, 본 발명의 복합 발효추출물은 미백용 화장료 조성물로 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
