Provided are a method for controlling temperature of a target tissue and an apparatus for controlling temperature using the same in order to control the amount of drug release which are delivered to a target tissue wherein the method comprises steps of: measuring time of which ultrasound is emitted and temperature of the target tissue regulating the amount of drug release delivered to the target tissue by using the temperature and the time measured in the previous step and setting a target temperature of the target tissue determining intensity of ultrasound emission of the target tissue based on the target temperature set in the previous step and the temperature measured in the previous step and emitting ultrasound having a certain intensity determined in the previous step.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015타겟 조직에 전달되는 약물의 방출량을 조절하기 위해 타겟 조직의 온도를 제어하는 방법 및 이를 이용한 온도 제어 장치를 개시한다.
