A hair care product is described, which consists of transparent, pressure-resistant aerosol packaging, a device for foaming a composition contained in the aerosol packaging, and a foaming composition of at least two clear liquid phases separated from each other. The composition contains a hydrophilic clear phase comprising water at least 15 wt%, water-soluble, liquid alcohol at least one polymer, selected from hair-conditioning, hair-setting, and film-forming polymers at least one hair-conditioning cationic surfactant at least one foam-forming or foamstabilizing surfactant, selected from nonionic surfactants with an HLB value of at least 10 and zwitterionic surfactants a hydrophobic clear phase comprising a water-insoluble, liquified aerosol propellant.
