PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new pesticide packing bag comprising a water-soluble film resistant to hardening or softening and, accordingly, causing little breakage in transportation or scattering, and thus being free from troubles of the adhesion of the pesticide to hands in scattering.SOLUTION: The pesticide packing bag contains a packaged pesticide wherein a composition containing a pesticide active ingredient is included in the water-soluble film, and which is further included in a moisture-proof film.
