The invention relates to the field of medicine, and more particularly to a lancing device and a device for taking blood samples. A lancing device for drawing blood samples is disclosed in patent application RU 2506898, IPC A61B 5/15, 2005. The disadvantages of said device for drawing blood samples are that it does not combine, in a single device, a lancing element and an element for drawing blood into a test tube, and the blood-sampling procedure is open to the environment, which affects the blood sample quality and poses a risk of infection to medical personnel. The technical result of the invention is that of combining, in a single device, a lancing element and an element for drawing blood into a test tube, and of providing a blood sampling procedure that is closed to the environment, thereby increasing the blood sample quality and reducing the risk of infection to medical personnel.
