The present invention relates to a urine sample collector to collect a predetermined quality of urine. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the urine sample collector comprises: a body housing including an inlet part to introduce urine, a first flow path part to provide an initial flow path for the introduced urine, and an outlet part to discharge the urine, wherein a flow path between the first flow path part and the outlet part is cut off； a sample storage part to provide a space for storing a predetermined amount of a urine sample from urine； and a floating unit providing a second flow path part which provides a second flow path to connect the flow path between the first flow path part and the outlet part, wherein the first flow path part provides a first flow path to move the urine discharged from the first flow path part into the sample storage part at a first position and to move the same from the first position to a second position by buoyance generated by a volume increase of the urine sample collected in the sample storage part to be cut on the second position, so as to move the urine discharged from the first flow path part to the outlet part.본 발명은 샘플 소변 수집 장치에 관한 것으로 본 발명의 일 양상에 따르면 소변이 유입되는 유입부, 상기 유입된 소변의 초기 유로를 제공하는 제1 유로부, 상기 소변이 배출되는 배출부를 구비하는 본체 하우징-이때, 상기 제1 유로부 및 상기 배출부간의 유로는 단락되어 제공됨-； 상기 소변 중 미리 정해진 용량의 샘플 소변을 보관하는 공간을 제공하는 샘플 저장부； 및 제1 위치에서는 상기 제1 유로부에서 배출된 상기 소변이 샘플 저장부의 내부로 이동하는 제1 유로를 제공하고, 샘플 저장부에 수집된 샘플 소변의 용량 증가로 인하여 발생하는 부력에 의해 상기 제1 위치에서 제2 위치 이동하여 상기 제2 위치에는 단락된 상기 제1 유로부 및 상기 배출부 간의 유로를 연결하여 상기 제1 유로부로부터 배출된 상기 소변이 상기 배출부로 이동하는 제2 유로를 제공하는 제2 유로부가 제공되는 플로팅부；를 포함하는 샘플 소변 수집 장치가 제공될 수 있다.
