PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve stability of a higher fatty acid ester of ascorbic acid-2-phosphate ester in a liposome composition at high temperature and at low temperature, and to provide a means, in particular, to suppress cloudiness and precipitation at low temperature.SOLUTION: A liposome composition contains following components (a)-(g): (a) phospholipid (b) cholesterol and/or phytosterol (c) an aqueous antioxidant (d) a chelating agent (e) an amino acid containing at least two nitrogen atoms (f) a salt of a higher fatty acid ester of an ascorbic acid-2-phosphate and (g) water wherein component (a) and component (b) forms a lipid bilayer.
