PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device and fixing method of a metallic ring, which make temporary fixation possible so that a metallic ring hardly deviates when it is permanently fixed to a tube.SOLUTION: A fixing device of a radiopaque marker fixes a radiopaque marker to a tube by pressurizing an outer peripheral face 5a of a cylindrical radiopaque marker 5 that is extrapolated in a tube 3 in which a core material 11 is interpolated. The fixing device includes: a V-tip block and a V-groove block that can come in contact with the outer peripheral face of the radiopaque marker； and a movement mechanism 41 that moves the V-tip block in a direction pressurizing the outer peripheral face of the radiopaque marker. When the radiopaque marker is cross sectionally viewed from the axial direction, with three positions on the outer peripheral face in contact with the V-tip block and the V-groove block, the movement mechanism makes the V-tip block pressurize the outer peripheral face of the radiopaque marker.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3【課題】チューブに金属リングを本固定する際に当該金属リングがずれ難い仮固定を可能にする、金属リングの固定装置及び金属リングの固定方法を提供する。【解決手段】芯材１１が内挿されたチューブ３に外挿された筒状のＸ線不透過性マーカー５の外周面５ａを押圧することによってチューブにＸ線不透過性マーカーを固定するＸ線不透過性マーカーの固定装置であって、Ｘ線不透過性マーカーの外周面に接触可能なＶ先ブロック及びＶ溝ブロックと、Ｖ先ブロックをＸ線不透過性マーカーの外周面を押圧する方向に移動させる移動機構４１と、を備え、移動機構は、Ｘ線不透過性マーカーを軸方向から断面視した場合に外周面の三箇所の位置がＶ先ブロック及びＶ溝ブロックによって接触された状態で、Ｖ先ブロックにＸ線不透過性マーカーの外周面を押圧させる。【選択図】図３
