The present invention relates to a bone fixing device, which comprises: a tube, a fixing body, and a constraining piece. The tube has an end having an inside wall defining a constraining section. The fixing body has two ends respectively forming a movable joint portion that engages the constraining section and a threaded section or retaining section to be fixed to a bone. The movable joint portion forms a constraining surface corresponding to the constraining section. The constraining section and the constraining surface collectively constrain the sway direction of the fixing body. The top of the movable joint portion is in abutting engagement with the constraining piece. Further, the tube comprises a constraining slot adjacent to the constraining section to constrain the sway angle of the fixing body. The constraining slot has a length that is in direct proportion to the sway angle of the fixing body.
