METHOD FOR PRODUCING ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY HONEY BY ADMINISTERING FUNCTIONAL MATERIAL EXTRACT TO HONEYBEE AND ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY HONEY PRODUCED BY THE SAME
PURPOSE: Environmentally-friendly honey, and a producing method thereof using a functional ingredient extract are provided to improve the immunity of honey bees by feeding the functional ingredient extract to the bees. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of environmentally-friendly honey comprises the following steps: breeding a queen bee before raising the queen bee in an egg-laying and infant-rearing room, and installing 6-10 vacant bee comb for collecting honey； collecting the honey from the bee comb collected from acacia flowers after 1-3 days； opening a cover of a honey container for promoting the moisture evaporation and the hexose conversion of the honey, and aging the obtained acacia honey for 6-8 hours before homogenizing the honey for 20-40 minutes and concentrating； and inserting a functional ingredient extract and the honey into a centrifuge honey collector, and mixing for 20-40 minutes.본 발명은 꿀벌에 기능성 물질 추출액을 투여하여 친환경 기능성 벌꿀을 생산하는 방법 및 상기 방법으로 생산된 친환경 기능성 벌꿀에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 친환경 기능성 물질 추출액이 첨가된 벌꿀을 꿀벌에게 투여하여 꿀벌이 상기 벌꿀을 섭취하도록 하는 단계를 포함하는 채밀률과 기능성이 향상된 친환경 기능성 벌꿀을 생산하는 방법 및 상기 단계를 포함하는 바이러스에 대한 꿀벌의 면역력을 증가시키는 방법, 상기 방법으로 생산된 친환경 기능성 벌꿀 및 양봉부산물에 관한 것이다.
