PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemostatic unit that can be mounted in a state in which a belt body is adhered to skin at a small area, and that hardly causes inflammation on the skin in a region to which the belt body id adhered even when the unit is mounted for a long period of time.SOLUTION: The hemostatic unit 1 having ventilation means includes: the belt body 2 to be wound around a region to stop bleeding in a limb a bent plate 4 constituted by a material harder than the belt body a surface fastener 3 (a fixing means) for fixing the belt body 2 in a wound state around the limb the balloon 5 connected to the belt body 2 and expanded by the injection of a fluid and a marker 7 for positioning the balloon 5 at the region to stop bleeding.
