PURPOSE: A garlic clove separator is provided to rapidly separate cloves of garlic from garlic bulbs, and to improve its service life of a garlic clove separator. CONSTITUTION: A garlic clove separator comprises the following: a hopper for supplying garlic bulbs, installed on a frame； an inner conical container for rotating the frame； an outer conical container(13) separating the garlic bulbs into cloves of garlic with the inner conical container by rotating to the opposite directions； a driving gear(50) integrated to the outer circumference of the outer conical container for rotating the outer conical container； a base plate(60) with more than one supporter for supporting the outer conical container； a supporting shaft(80) with a chain gear(81) preventing the separation of the outer conical container from the rotation radius； and a driving motor(90) rotating the supporting shaft, the outer conical container, and the inner conical container.본 발명은 식용 또는 종자용으로 통마늘을 분리함에 있어 마늘에 발생할 수 있는 손상을 최소화하여 고품질의 쪽마늘을 생산할 수 있도록 하는 한편, 통마늘 분리과정에서 장치가 마모됨에 따라 효율적인 생산을 저해하는 요소를 사전에 차단할 수 있는 마늘쪽 분리기에 관한 것으로, 마늘을 공급할 수 있는 호퍼(12)가 설치되는 프레임(10)과, 상기 프레임(10)에 회전할 수 있도록 설치되는 내원추통(11)과, 그 내원추통(11)과 협동하여 마늘을 마늘쪽으로 분리시키는 외원추통(13) 및 상기 프레임(10)의 호퍼(12)로부터 상기 내원추통(11)과, 외원추통(13) 사이에 마늘이 지속적으로 공급되도록 회전하는 버킷(21)이 구비된 마늘 공급장치(20)와, 분리된 마늘쪽과 껍질을 분리시키는 송풍팬(30) 및 내원추통과 송풍팬 및 마늘공급장치의 버킷을 구동시키는 구동모터(40)로 구성된 마늘쪽 분리기(S)에 있어서,상기 외원추통(13)과 내원추통(11)은 서로 역방향으로 회전되면서 통마늘이 외원추통(13)과 내원추통(11) 사이에서 분리되도록 한 것이다.
