The present invention relates to a laser irradiator for skin treatment and a laser irradiation method for medical treatment using the same. The present invention provides the laser irradiator for skin treatment which obtains cooling time for a location where laser beam is emitted while irradiating skin with the laser beam enhances PIH and D.T reduction effects and prevents local burns by solving a problem which repetitively irradiates specific locations with the laser beam, and the laser irradiation method for medical treatment using the same.
