PURPOSE: A Tetraselmis suecica soluvle extract and a method for preparing the same are provided to reduce skin wrinkles and to protect UV ray. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing Tetraselmis suecica soluble extract comprises: a step of centrifuging Tetraselmis suecica culture medium to collect cells(pellet) and freeze-drying to collect dried powder of Tetraselmis suecica； a step of adding distilled water to the dried powder and pulverizing； a step of adding protamex enzyme and centrifuging； a step of adding L-tartaric acid to the supernatant and adjusting to pH 3； a step of refrigerating and centrifuging to collect supernatant； a step of adding calcium carbonate to the supernatant； a step of filtering the supernatant at 5 um and freeze-drying； a step of dissolving in distilled water and centrifuging； a step of filtering at 0.45um and sterilizing at 121°；C for 30 minutes； and a step of preserving using propylene glycol and methyl paraben.본 발명은 미세조류 Tetraselmis suecica를 이용하여 주름개선 및 자외선 차단 효능을 가지는 수용성 추출물 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 이를 더욱 상세하게 설명하면, 미세녹조류의 일종인 Tetraselmis suecica를 이용하여 수용성 추출물을 제조하였으며, 이 수용성 추출물은 피부 주름살 감소 및 자외선 차단효능을 가지게 되는 것으로, 미세녹조류의 일종인 Tetraselmis suecica의 수용성 추출물을 이용하여 건강식품소재, 기능성 식품소재, 기능성 화장품 소재, 의학적 약품 소재를 제공하는 데 있으며, 신소재를 개발하고 고부가가치의 제품을 통하여 미세녹조류의 효용 가치를 높여 산업적으로 이용범위의 확대시키고자 미세녹조류 Tetraselmis suecica 수용성 추출물 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
