PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retractor cover that is used for safely performing a surgical operation while being mounted to a metallic retractor, and is made of a soft material.SOLUTION: A retractor cover 1 is used in such a way that it is mounted to a comb-shaped operative wound holding part 22 of a retractor 2 by a protrusion 12 and a fixing part 13 with a main body 11 positioned inside and an operative wound 31 is fixed, so that the operative wound 31 can be prevented from being damaged in surgery and the tissue protruded from a gap of the operative wound holding part 22 of the retractor 2 can be prevented from being damaged during surgery. Also, the need for preparing the retractor of various size according to the size of the operative wound is eliminated by changing the size of retractor cover 1, further, the surgery can be performed safely even if an assistant doctor for operating the retractor is not present during the surgery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】金属製の開創器に装着して安全に外科的手術を行うための、軟質材料製の開創器カバーを提供する。【解決手段】開創器カバー1を、開創器2の櫛状の手術創保持部22に、本体11が内側となるように突起部12と固定部13によって取り付け、手術創31を固定して使用することで手術時に手術創31を損傷することや、開創器2の手術創保持部22の隙間からはみ出した組織を手術中に傷つけることを防ぐことが出来、また開創器カバー1の大きさを変更することで手術創の大きさによって様々な大きさの開創器を準備する必要がなく、さらに手術中に開創器の操作を行うための助手の医師がいなくても安全に手術を行なうことが出来る。【選択図】図2
