PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost tea rotating drying device being itself a small scale, capable of processing a large amount, having a mechanism that is easy, and that is easy to operate.SOLUTION: A drum-like can column device has driven rollers 201 which makes drums place and freely rotate, a driving roller 30 which drives the rollers, and a transmitting means which drives the driven rollers of both the sides of the driving roller.
