PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus capable of simply displaying the elastic image of bio-tissue with high precision.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus 100 is constituted so as to measure the displacement direction of the bio-tissue of a reference region separately set with respect to the display region of a diagnostic image by a displacement measuring part 11 to output the time phase data of a heart rate on the basis of the displacement direction measured by an elastic data operation part 13. Further, the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus 100 is constituted so as not only to calculate a strain value by an elastic data operation part 13 but also to calculate the pressure value acting across elastic frame data on the basis of the pressure value of a diagnostic region measured by a pressure measuring part 12 to calculate the quantitative elastic value such as the Youngs modulus on the like using these calculated strain value and pressure value. Furthermore, the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus 100 is constituted so as to display the elastic value and the time phase data on an image display part 9 in a discriminable state along with the diagnostic image by an elastic image constituting part 14 and a time phase data display part 17.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】生体組織の弾性画像を高精度かつ簡便に表示することを可能とする超音波診断装置を提供する。【解決手段】超音波診断装置100は、変位計測部11によって診断画像の表示領域とは別に設定された参照領域の生体組織の変位方向を計測し、弾性情報演算部13によって計測された変位方向に基づいて心拍の時相情報を出力する。また、超音波診断装置100は、弾性情報演算部13によって、歪み値を算出すると共に、圧力計測部12により計測された診断部位の圧力値に基づいて弾性フレームデータ間に作用する圧力値を算出し、これらの算出された歪み値及び圧力値を用いてヤング率等の定量的な弾性値を算出する。超音波診断装置100は、弾性画像構成部14及び時相情報表示部17によって、診断画像と共に弾性値及び時相情報をカラー表示やグラフ表示等を用いて識別可能に画像表示部9に表示する。【選択図】図1
