PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming a micropore on a micro capsule containing drug at an arbitrary portion and an arbitrary time, and releasing the drug temporally and spatially at a controlled state.SOLUTION: In the present invention, a micro capsule having a diameter of 300 nm to 5 &mum, which is made of a high polymer material transparent to near infrared light, is irradiated with a near-infrared femtosecond laser beam, so that light intensity around a boundary between a micro capsule surface on a side emitting a laser beam, which is on the opposite side of a side of the micro capsule to which a laser beam is made incident, and outside is enhanced, a micropore is formed on an incident side of a laser beam and its opposite side of the micro capsule, and drug contained in the micro capsule is released.
