A device comprising: (a) a housing, the housing comprising a first blocking element； (b) a reservoir having a variable capacity； and (c) a plunger assembly, wherein the plunger assembly is movable relative to the housing for selectively changing the reservoir capacity, wherein the plunger assembly includes a second locking member configured to selectively engage the first locking member to selectively maintain the location of the plunger assembly in a selected longitudinal position relative to the housing moreover, the first and second locking elements are made with the possibility of selective engagement with each other when moving one of the first or second blocking element linearly along a path transverse to the longitudinal axis defined by the plunger assembly. 2. The device according to claim 1, in which the housing forms a handle. 3. The device according to claim 2, wherein the housing further comprises a syringe housing located inside the handle, the plunger assembly including a piston slidingly disposed in the syringe housing, the piston and the syringe housing interacting to form a reservoir. The device of claim 3, wherein the syringe body includes an integrated pressure sensor. The device according to claim 1, wherein the plunger assembly is rotatable relative to the housing for selectively changing the capacity.
