The present invention relates to an antibacterial polyurethane foam dressing material. In particular, the antibacterial polyurethane foam dressing material comprises a waterproof breathable polyurethane film layer, a microporous polyurethane foam layer, and a perforated polyurethane film layer, wherein the perforated polyurethane film layer contains an antibacterial drug. The antibacterial polyurethane foam dressing material of the present invention, by introducing the drug in the perforated polyurethane film layer in direct contact with a wound site, has superior adhesion and smaller dimensional change rates, and by means of uniform pores, provides easy drug release and a long lasting time, thereby providing a continuous antibacterial action.본 발명은 투습방수성의 폴리우레탄 필름층, 미세다공성의 폴리우레탄 폼층 및 천공된 폴리우레탄 필름층을 포함하고, 상기 천공된 폴리우레판 필름층에 항균성 약물이 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 항균성 폴리우레탄 폼 드레싱재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 항균성 폴리우레탄 폼 드레싱재는, 상처부위에 직접 접촉하는 천공된 폴리우레탄 필름층에 약물을 함유시킴으로써 종래 폴리우레탄 폼 드레싱재에 비하여 부착감이 좋고 치수변화율이 적으면서도 균일한 기공을 통해 약물방출이 용이하고 지속시간이 길어 항균작용을 지속적으로 나타낼 수 있다.
