An object of the present invention is to provide a three-dimensional cell scaffold composed of a material capable of uniformly distributing the cells so as to be kept in a non-uniform state and being decomposed in vivo. According to the present invention, there is provided a cell support comprising a porous body having the following characteristics as a porous body composed of a biodegradable material.
