In a method of generating a model which represents the change of the location and shape of an interest region in a body according to one respiration cycle of an object, a first model is generated with regards to the interest region by using MR images or CT images which represent the interest region. A second model, which is a renewed first model, is generated by using the feature point of a 3D ultrasonic image determined by the matching of the first model with the 3D ultrasonic image which represents the interest region.피검체의 일 호흡 주기에 따른 체내 관심 영역의 형상 및 위치의 변화를 나타내는 모델을 생성하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 관심 영역을 나타내는 CT 영상들 또는 MR 영상들을 이용하여 상기 관심 영역에 대한 제 1 모델을 생성하고, 상기 관심 영역을 나타내는 3차원 초음파 영상과 상기 제 1 모델의 정합을 통하여 결정된 상기 3차원 초음파 영상 상의 특징점을 이용하여 상기 제 1 모델이 갱신된 제 2 모델을 생성한다.
