PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a farm products cultivation method, a ventilation method for farm products cultivation greenhouse, and a ventilation method for a farm products cultivation greenhouse in which the inside of the greenhouse can be efficiently ventilated, and temperature in the greenhouse can be maintained at low level.SOLUTION: A translucent material which can be freely bent is fixed to a ridge of a farm products cultivation greenhouse in which farm products are cultivated, an end portion of the translucent material which can be freely bent is fixed to an end of the ridge of the greenhouse, and when outside air needs to be flowed into the greenhouse, the end portion of the ridge is raised in an upper direction. When wind blows, the entire air in the greenhouse can be exchanged in very short time. When wind keeps on blowing gently, air in the greenhouse constantly replaced with outside air. Therefore, temperature in the greenhouse can be maintained at low level comparing to a regular greenhouse.【課題】ハウス内を効率よく換気でき、ハウス内の温度を低く維持することができる作物栽培方法、作物栽培ハウスの換気法および作物栽培ハウスの換気法を提供する。【解決手段】内部で作物を栽培する作物栽培ハウスの棟に、自由に曲げる事が可能な透光材料を固定し、該ハウスの軒の端に該自由に曲げる事が可能な透光材料の端部を固定し、外気を流入させたい時は、該軒の端部を上方向に上昇させることを特徴とする。風が吹くと極短時間でハウス内の空気が全て入れ換えることができる。風がそよそよと吹き続ける時は、絶えずハウス内の空気が外気と入れ換わり続ける。その為に一般のビニールハウスに較べて、ハウス内の温度が低く維持することができる。【選択図】図１
