The at least one exercise tracking device transmits exercise sensor data determined from at least one exercise sensor. The exercise incentive system estimates a personalized caloric baseline for an exerciser. At least a portion of incremental calories burned by the exerciser over at least one period of time are determined and converted into at least one exercise credit.
