PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soybean curd-like food which is much different in taste and texture from conventional types of soybean curd and also suitable for new applications, e.g. use in salad and dessert.SOLUTION: A soybean curd-like food is prepared by solidifying soybean milk with concentrated tomato juice.
