Provided are methods and kits for enhancing an immune response to an antigen in an individual comprising administering to the individual an effective amount of (a) LT-IIb or (b) LT-IIb(T13I) enterotoxin, and (c) an antigen, whereby the LT-IIb or LT-IIb(T13I) enterotoxin acts as an adjuvant to enhance the generation of antigen specific neutralizing antibodies.Linvention concerne des méthodes et des kits permettant de stimuler la réponse immunitaire à un antigène chez un sujet, lesdites méthodes consistant à administrer au sujet une quantité efficace dentérotoxine (a) LT-IIb ou (b) LT-IIb(T13I), et (c) un antigène, lentérotoxine LT-IIb ou LT-IIb(T13I) servant dadjuvant pour stimuler la production danticorps neutralisants spécifiques de lantigène.
