A method for inducing an immune response in an individual, comprising the steps of: (a) obtaining attenuated recombinant rabies virus encoding at least one heterologous protein antigen operably linked to control sequences that control the expression of said foreign antigen into a suitable recipient cell (b) introducing said rabies virus in said individual recipient cell under conditions which allow expression of said one or more protein antigens alien newly, thereby inducing an immune response against said foreign protein antigen, (c) enhancing said immune response against said foreign protein antigen by administering to said individual of said foreign protein antigen contained in the reinforcing composition that does not contain adyuvanta.2. A method according to Claim. 1, wherein the foreign protein antigen is not expressed in recombinant virusa.3 structure. A method according to Claim. 1, wherein the foreign protein antigen comprises antigen.4 prion protein. A method according to Claim. 1, wherein said foreign protein antigen comprises at least one antigen selected from the group consisting of a cancer associated antigens, viral antigens, bacterial antigens and antigens prosteyshih.5.
