Thereby, the bolt structure of this creation can form preferable bone strength, the stability in enhancing dynamic hip screw system what femur bulb by the flowing of guidance bone cement around screw thread.一種螺釘結構,用以供設置於股骨中以進行動態髖骨螺釘系統植入手術,本創作之螺釘結構包括螺釘本體及形成於其中之一主通道及複數子通道。螺釘本體具有相對之第一端和第二端,且該第二端的外周表面形成有螺紋。主通道沿該螺釘本體的軸向延伸並於該第一端形成有第一開口,以供骨水泥進入該螺釘本體,複數子通道分別自該主通道沿其徑向延伸至該螺釘本體之外周表面且於該外周表面形成有子通道開口,以供該骨水泥進入該股骨中。藉此,本創作之螺釘結構能藉由引導骨水泥的流動,在螺釘螺紋周圍形成較佳的骨骼強度,增強動態髖骨螺釘系統於股骨球頭內之安定性。
