The present invention relates to an implant for the osteosynthesis of femur and tibia and, more particularly, to an implant for the osteosynthesis of femur and tibia, which is capable of varying an angle of a screw (screw bolt) implanted into each of bones cut by osteotomy according to growth changes of the bones, in correcting genu varum in which a knee joint angle is deviated from the normal range. In an implant for the osteosynthesis correcting a lower regional bone of femur or a lower upper regional bone of tibia cut by osteotomy for the correction of genu varum, an implant for the osteosynthesis of femur and tibia according to the present invention includes: a bone plate which is formed in a shape of a plate that is capable of simultaneously supporting plural cut bones from the side surface, and which has one or more fastening holes separately penetrating into both side parts thereof and a plurality of screw bolts implanted into each bone through the fastening holes. Bottom surfaces of head parts of the screw bolts are formed into a semispherical shape that is rotatable in a state that the screw bolts are closely adhered to the bone plate such that angles of screw parts of the screw bolts are variable in a bone growing direction correspondingly to growth changes of bones.
