To solve a conventional problem in which soil and seed may not come in the nursery container to overflow and be wasted, when a gap is present between nursery containers during transfer.SOLUTION: A seeding device is configured by providing a fine soil supply device 15 for supplying fine soil to a nursery container in an upper position of a carriage 1 having transfer means 2 for transferring the nursery container, a seed supply device 17 for supplying seeds, a watering device for supplying water, and a cover soil supply device 25 for supplying cover soil. The carriage 1 is divided and formed in the transfer direction of the nursery container to a carriage frame 5 placed on a floor by support legs 3 and having the transfer means 2. Rotational transmission units 30 for transmitting the rotation from the upstream side carriage frame 5 to the downstream side carriage frame 5 are provided between each upstream side carriage frame 5 and each downstream side carriage frame 5 of the carriage 1, respectively.
