PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens inserting tool of a new structure which permits an intraocular lens to be stably extruded to the apical edge of an inserted cylinder portion by preventing the lens from jumping out, and permits the lens to be smoothly inserted into an incision.SOLUTION: The apical opened end face 94 in the tip portion 92 of an insertion cylinder portion 12 is made into a slope inclining with respect to the face intersecting the central axis of the insertion cylinder portion 12 at right angles, and the inclination angle of the apical opened end face 94 with respect to the face intersecting the central axis of the insertion cylinder portion 12 is formed greater in the base side 98 than in the tip side 96.
