The invention relates to a tobacco leaf extract containing, relative to the total weight of the extract, at least 5 wt.-% proteins essentially free of molecules with a molecular mass of less than 10 kDa. The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing such an extract and to the use thereof in the treatment of tobacco addiction.La présente invention concerne un extrait de feuilles de tabac contenant au moins 5% en poids, par rapport au poids total de l'extrait, de protéines et essentiellement exempt de molécules de masse moléculaire inférieure à 10 kDa.
