The present invention relates to a composition for intranasal administration for the prevention or treatment of diabetes, and more particularly, to an antidiabetic pharmaceutical composition for intranasal administration, including exendin-4 and miR-26a as active ingredients. The antidiabetic pharmaceutical composition for intranasal administration according to the present invention can be used as a safe and effective therapeutic agent which is convenient as compared with an injection administration method without a risk of a side effect of hypoglycemia by implementing a sustained and excellent blood glucose lowering effect by overcoming a slight or short-term antidiabetic effect that occurs in the intranasal administration of a conventional antidiabetic agent by the synergistic effect of the exendin-4 and the miR-26a by using the exendin-4 and the miR-26a together.본 발명은 당뇨병의 예방 또는 치료를 위한 비강 내 투여용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 엑센딘-4 (exendin-4) 및 miR-26a를 유효성분으로 포함하는 비강 내 투여용 항당뇨 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 비강 내 투여용 항당뇨 약학적 조성물은 엑센딘-4 및 miR-26a를 병용함으로써, 엑센딘-4 및 miR-26a의 시너지 효과에 의해 종래 당뇨 치료제의 비강 내 투여 시 발생하는 미미하거나 단발적인 항당뇨 효능을 극복하여 지속적이고 우수한 혈당 강하 효과를 발휘하며, 저혈당의 부작용 발생 위험이 없어 주사 투여 방식에 비해 편리하면서도 안전하고 효과가 우수한 치료제로 활용될 수 있다.
