PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a beverage efficiently producing a beverage whose pH is securely made below 4.0 at a fixed concentration using acid water as electrolytic water and citric acid as an active principle, a beverage production device, and a beverage.SOLUTION: Ground water is electrolyzed to generate acid water, and ground water not subjected to electrolysis and acid water are mixed to produce acidic pH regulated water C. The pH regulation water C is dissolved with drinking components and citric acid to produce an oral rehydration solution D as a beverage whose pH is regulated to below 4.0. Also provided is a beverage production device comprising: an electrolyzer 22 electrolyzing ground water； and a pH regulation machine 20 mixing acid water generated by being electrolyzed with the electrolyzer 22 and ground water not subjected to electrolysis to generate the pH regulated water C whose pH is below 4.
