PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nasal delivery device or method for delivering a substance to a nasal cavity of a patient.SOLUTION: The delivery device comprises: a container reception unit comprising a container chamber having an inlet and outlet for receiving a capsule C containing a substance to be delivered to a nasal cavity of a patient a nose piece unit 17 having a nose piece which is fitted to a nasal cavity of a patient and which is in fluid communication with the outlet of the container chamber a mouth piece unit 19 having a mouth piece 77 which is in fluid communication with the inlet of the container chamber, when a patient expires during use via the mouth piece, splashing the substance from the container, and delivering the substance via the nose piece and humidity relaxing means for relaxing an affection of humidity in expiration when the substance from the container is splashed.
