PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved transnasal delivery device and a transnasal delivery method for offering an improved delivery of a substance to the nasal cavity of a patient.SOLUTION: The transnasal delivery device for delivering the substance to the nasal cavity of a patient includes a nosepiece 17 for fitting into the nostril of a patient and a delivery unit for delivering a substance through a nozzle 25 of the nosepiece 17.
