The present invention relates to an elvan laver roaster comprising: a first heating device (100) which dries laver with indirect heat, emitted by a heated elvan stone； an automatic seasoning device (200) which applies sesame oil and salt to laver dried by the first heating device (100)； a second heating device (300) which roasts the laver seasoned by the automatic seasoning device (200) with indirect heat emitted by the heated elvan stone； and a transfer conveyer (20) which is installed under the first heating device (100), the automatic seasoning device (200), and the second heating device (300) and connects the first heating device (100), the automatic seasoning device (200), and the second heating device (300) to each other.
