PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a risk that a valve body is damaged by making a puncture spot different for each puncture when a puncture needle held by a needle holding body is punctured to the valve body constituting a tube body.SOLUTION: An axis line L1 of a puncture needle 106 is set at a position displaced from an axis line L2 of a needle holding body 102. A connector 100 has a rotation mechanism provided in the needle holding body 102 and rotating the puncture needle 106. Under action of the rotation mechanism, when the puncture needle 106 is punctured to a valve body 172 or separated from the valve body 172, the puncture needle 106 can be rotated.
