PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous attracting insecticidal composition containing clothianidin as an insecticidal component, and to provide an insecticidal implement and an insecticidal method using the composition.SOLUTION: There is provided an aqueous attracting insecticidal composition containing clothianidin, N-methylpyrrolidone, an insect attracting agent and water, and a content percentage of clothianidin in the composition is 0.05 to 0.5 wt.% and a content percentage of water is 50 wt.% or more. The aqueous attracting insecticidal composition is useful as a bait agent for killing a small fly such as Drosophilidae.
