PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prefilled syringe, easily mounting a plunger to a gasket without rotation, and hardly deforming the gasket even when the plunger tilts.SOLUTION: The gasket 3 of the prefilled syringe includes a gasket body 6 and a plunger mounting member 7. The mounting member 7 includes: a body part 71 a spiral rib provided on the outer surface thereof a flange part 72 and an engagement rib provided on the inner surface of a hollow part. The gasket body includes: a spiral screwing part screwed to the spiral rib an annular rib for stopping the plunger and a storing part for storing the spiral rib forming part of the plunger mounting member.
