PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table mounting structure for a wheelchair, that can be mounted even on a ready-made wheelchair.SOLUTION: A pipe guide 24 is put through a columnar shape through-hole 48 of a mounting tool 34 fixed to each one of mounted parts 22. In this state, a screwed rod 54 is moved or rotated inside a long hole 52 of an extension part 38 of the mounting tool 34, and a fixed part 36 is rotated in a circumferential direction with respect to the mounted part 22, so that the pipe guide 24 is roughly positioned. Subsequently, a second annular member 46 is rotated with respect to a first annular member 44 so as to change a position of the columnar shape through-hole 48.
