PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rain gear against rain or a support tool for sun shade when a wheelchair user goes outside.SOLUTION: A combination rain gear and sun shade for a wheelchair includes: a top plate composed of a nearly rectangular planar member covering over the head of a wheelchair rider a sheet which, covering the planar member and having a flat hexagonal shape, is symmetrical about the top plate and which is equipped, in the left and right corners relative to the top plate, with a pair of left and right hook parts that can be engaged with a body frame of the wheelchair a pair of left and right mounting members which are freely attachably/detachably mounted on the left and right front pipes of the wheelchair by being clamped or engaged and a pipe frame which can be fitted at both ends to the pair of mounting members and which is roughly U-shaped in the plane view. The pipe frame is fixed at the position inclined obliquely rearward of the wheelchair from the mounting member.
