FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical technology and can be used in cardiovascular surgery to repair damaged areas of blood vessels. Based on the results of a previously performed ultrasound or magnetic resonance imaging study of the anatomy of the patients vascular bed, the prosthesis 1 is cut in the form of two rectangles 2 and 3 with an allowance of 1.8 to 2.2 mm, connected with each other by short sides. Width of the rectangle 2 is equal to the circumference of tubular base 4. Width of second rectangle 3 is equal to half the length of the circumference of tubular base 4. Then tubular base 4 is formed by sewing the longitudinal edges of first rectangle 2 with double wrapped surgical suture 5. Second rectangle 3 is folded to the surface of formed tubular base 4 to which transverse edge 6 of second rectangle 3 is sewn across the longitudinal axis. Longitudinal edges 7 and 8 of second rectangle 3 are sutured together from the suture of transverse edge 6 to the bend of second rectangle 3 to first indices A and B previously marked on its longitudinal edges 7 and 8 by circles, which can be made in form of blue circles or blue dots with adjacent letters A and B. Next, cut the tubular brushes 13 and 14, performing it in the form of elongated rectangles 11 and 12 with allowance of 0.8–1.2 mm. Lateral edges of elongated rectangles 11 and 12 are sutured together by double coiled surgical sutures 15 and formed tubular branches 13 and 14 are sewn to holes formed by oblique arcuate sections 16 and 17.
