The present invention relates to an oral hemostatic and wound-protective film which can be attached to a cut portion in an oral cavity so as to delay or prevent microbleeding and to control release of medicinal ingredients. The present invention comprises polyol, alcohol and a biodegradable polymer in a partly swollen state, thereby being capable of absorbing blood or abscesses in a topical region and stopping bleeding. Further, as the film of the present invention has a large elongation rate , it is possible to maintain an adhesive force after absorbing blood, saliva and abscesses in an oral cavity. In addition, as the film easily transforms to a topical site with curvatures, the film is less irritating even when attached to such a topical site for a long time. Further, as the film of the present invention comprises a disintegrating agent which is dissolved and released when reacting with blood to form microchannels serving as a drug release passage, it is possible to control a drug release amount by controlling the amount and size of the microchannels. Since an adhesive layer and a support layer of the present invention are dissolved and removed over time, a patient does not have to detach a transporter film attached in the oral cavity by hand .La présente invention concerne un film buccal hémostatique et de protection des plaies qui peut être appliqué sur une zone coupée au niveau de la cavité buccale de façon à retarder ou empêcher des micro-saignements et pour contrôler la libération dagents thérapeutiques. La présente invention comprend un polyol, un alcool et un polymère biodégradable sous un état partiellement gonflé, permettant de ce fait dabsorber le sang ou le pus au niveau de la zone dapplication, et darrêter le saignement. En outre, le film selon linvention présentant un taux dallongement élevé, il est possible de maintenir une force dadhésion après labsorption de sang, de salive et de pus dans la cavité buccale.
