The present invention relates to conjugates of bovine serum albumin (BSA) and ginsenosides, and to uses thereof, and specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition, a food composition, a quasi-drug composition, a cosmetic composition for preventing or treating cancer or inflammatory diseases comprising the conjugates of BSA and ginsenosides, to a method for preventing or treating cancer or inflammatory diseases using the pharmaceutical composition, and to a method for manufacturing the conjugates. The conjugates of BSA and ginsenosides of the present invention are advantageous to be developed as a drug because of high solubility in water. In addition, since the conjugates exhibit high anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory activity, the conjugates can be usefully used for prevention and treatment of cancer or inflammatory diseases.본 발명은 BSA(Bovine serum albumin)와 진세노사이드의 결합체 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 BSA와 진세노사이드의 결합체를 유효성분으로 포함하는 암 또는 염증성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물, 식품 조성물, 의약외품 조성물, 화장료 조성물, 상기 약학적 조성물을 이용한 암 또는 염증성 질환의 예방 또는 치료 방법, 및 상기 결합체의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 BSA와 진세노사이드의 접합체는 물에 대한 용해도가 높아 약물로 개발되기에 유리하다. 또한, 상기 접합체는 높은 항암, 항염 활성을 나타내므로 암 또는 염증성 질환의 예방, 치료에 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
